  • The reason for the request is valid, such as a technical non-conformity of the service with its description or a purchasing error.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • For products that have been fully downloaded or consulting services that have already been rendered.
  • If the purchase was made during a promotional campaign with an explicit "non-refundable" mention.
